He possesses immense physical strength due to a highly min-maxed build that affords him the ability to move rapidly in otherwise crushingly heavy armor, but lacks any real skill and can easily be countered. He made his first appearance in Part X1 as a silhouetted figure in the episode "Grand Meeting of the FUO", and made his grand entrance in the first episode of Part X3
