Since 2006, IE Out & Allies Club has proudly presented LGBT+@Work, the longest running LGBTQI* work conference in Europe, and third-largest business school LGBTQI* conference in the world. The goal of LGBT+@Work is to promote the free exchange of ideas, and to provide a networking platform for LGBTQI* students, professionals, and allies.
