SCP-999, SCI Pathos III Wiki

SCP 999 appears to be a slimy glob of orange goo, also referred to as, “The Tickle Monster.” When he is near people, they feel nicer and happier. In fact, it even makes SCP-682 feel happier. This SCP can’t speak but it can make faces and move it’s arms. It also tends to use it’s arms/tentacles to tickle people. It can not be killed and does not dislike anyone.
