Snowy-Survival Style Randomizer without teleporters - Help

How to make a randomizer without teleporters? I tried searching for this on , but none of them use blocks. So the map is on my friend’s account, so I can’t take a screenshot of it. There are 9 spawn pads spaced far apart, and after a certain amount of time, roles are given. How do you make such randomizer without teleporters?
