Terraria - OVERPOWERED Money/Accesory Farm (Early Game, Semi-AFK!)

Spent 45 minutes looking for the blindfold and vitamin in the corruption for the ankh shield, only found one blindfold, then, 20 minutes later, i find like 8 more and no vitamin.
